How do I confirm a booking?
Choose your dates on the calendar above, pay a [X]% deposit to secure them, and the balance is due [X] days before arrival. You'll get a confirmation email and a welcome pack a week before you arrive.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to [X] days before arrival. Within [X] days, we'll do our best to re-let the dates and refund what we recover. We're flexible — if your plans change, talk to us.
Are dogs really welcome?
Yes — properly so. Up to [X] well-mannered dogs at £[Y] per stay. The garden's enclosed, the floors are wipeable, and there are towels and a bowl by the back step.
Can we have a short break?
Outside school holidays we welcome short breaks of [X] nights or more. In peak season, stays are [Saturday-to-Saturday / other changeover].
Is there parking?
